Our Partners
We’re proud to announce Fondo Coffee as the exclusive coffee partner of the Alliance Cycling Team.
As Orange County natives and small-batch roasters, we share Alliance’s dedication to precision, endurance, and meticulous preparation. Our roasts are tailored for riders and supporters alike — bright, clean single-origin lots for early-morning rides; balanced blends built for long days on the road; and espresso that delivers the focus needed at the line.
What to expect from the partnership
Race-day fueling: custom roast profiles and brew guidance to support pre-ride and post-ride recovery.
Team-exclusive coffees: limited-release coffee developed with the Alliance riders in mind, spotlighting clarity, consistency, and energy.
Community events: coffee pop-ups at select races, group rides, and team activations across Orange County.
Educational sessions: barista and brewing clinics for riders and fans to learn how to make performance-focused coffee at home.
Why this fits Both Fondo and Alliance honor craft and commitment. We roast in small batches to control flavor and caffeine profile; Alliance trains with the same attention to detail. Together, we elevate every mile — from the warmup espresso to the post-ride cup.
Join us at upcoming events and watch for the Alliance x Fondo releases. Fuel better, ride harder.

Storing your beans
Storing coffee beans in an airtight container is essential to preserving their freshness and flavor. Exposure to air accelerates oxidation, which degrades the beans' aromatic compounds and oils. Use a container made of non-porous materials such as glass, stainless steel, or ceramic, and ensure it has a tight-sealing lid to prevent air ingress.
Keep the container in a cool, dark place away from heat sources and direct sunlight, as warmth and light can further deteriorate the beans. Avoid storing coffee beans in the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and temperature fluctuations can negatively affect the flavor profile.
For the best taste experience, buy coffee in small batches and consume it within two to three weeks of roasting, storing the beans in an airtight container to maintain their full-bodied richness and complexity.
