Nepalese Specialty Coffee
Nepalese Specialty Coffee beans are now in stock from Himalayan Blends.

Expect a refined cup: bright, tea-like clarity; floral aromatics; and a delicate stone-fruit sweetness balanced by subtle milk-chocolate body. The altitude and careful processing give exceptional acidity and a clean finish that shines through pour-over and light-medium roast profiles.

Storing your beans
Storing coffee beans in an airtight container is essential to preserving their freshness and flavor. Exposure to air accelerates oxidation, which degrades the beans' aromatic compounds and oils. Use a container made of non-porous materials such as glass, stainless steel, or ceramic, and ensure it has a tight-sealing lid to prevent air ingress.
Keep the container in a cool, dark place away from heat sources and direct sunlight, as warmth and light can further deteriorate the beans. Avoid storing coffee beans in the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and temperature fluctuations can negatively affect the flavor profile.
For the best taste experience, buy coffee in small batches and consume it within two to three weeks of roasting, storing the beans in an airtight container to maintain their full-bodied richness and complexity.
